Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Please arrive on time with clean, dry hair that is reasonably detangled and free of heavy oils, excessive product buildup, or excessive dry shampoo. If your hair or scalp is not in a condition suitable for service due to cleanliness, significant tangling or matting, product buildup, or another hygiene concern, the service will not be performed and 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Clients who do not arrive or contact us within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be considered no-shows and charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients who arrive late but cannot be accommodated due to insufficient time to safely and properly perform the service will be subject to the 50% late-cancellation fee. All service payments are final and nonrefundable, including if you choose to end your appointment early or your service is declined or stopped, except where a refund is required by law. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize Halo House Lounge to charge the card on file when applicable.
